IEEE Sponsored First International Conference on Computational Intelligence, Networks and Security (ICCINS 2023) aims at providing an international stage and forum for Scientists, Researchers, Engineers, and Academicians to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views for future research directions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Networks, Security and their related applications. The conference will feature invited talks, tutorials, and paper presentations. The conference is being hosted by CSE, IT, AI&DS departments of Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering (Autonomous), Mylavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India during 22-23 December, 2023 in hybrid mode. The accepted and presented papers at the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible inclusion.

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers describing novel and previously unpublished results on all aspects of Computational Intelligence and Network Security, but not limited to:

Track 5: Security: Blockchain for AI, Cyber security and Cyber physical systems, Social network security, Sensor Network Security, Machine learning for Biometric security and privacy, Security and privacy in wireless sensor networks, Cyber Security, Cryptography, Quantum Cryptography, Security Analytics

• All papers must be submitted online via Easy Chair.

• Authors are invited to submit 4–6 page manuscript in double-column IEEE format which are relevant to the theme of the conference.

• Manuscripts must be written in English. The instructions and guidelines of IEEE must be followed as mentioned in the following links.

• Only Electronic submission in PDF format will be accepted.

•  Since the review process is double-blinded, the manuscript should not contain any author name(s), affiliations, e-mail ids. The specified space needs to be blank. After the manuscript is accepted, the author names, affiliations, e-mail ids can be incorporated in the camera-ready paper.

• All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least two/three experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. 

• The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their papers will be presented at the conference and register for conference. Submit only the original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere in any form.

Publications: Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements

1. Every accepted paper MUST be presented during the conference. 

2. Every accepted paper MUST have at least one registration at the Full IEEE Member/Non-IEEE Member rate.

3. A paper could be authored by IEEE-Members/Non-IEEE Members/Student Members. But one registration should be done with IEEE Member/Non-IEEE Member.

4. All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for consideration to publish in IEEE Xplore after fulfilling the IEEE standards and quality norms.

5. The papers with ‘No Show’ in the conference will exclude submission to IEEE Xplore and the Conference proceedings.

Submission of IEEE Copyright: The IEEE Copyright should be submitted. Instructions will be sent after acceptance of the manuscript.
